About these terms. These terms apply to your use of propointhvac.com, operated by ProPoint HVAC LLC, a licensed Alabama HVAC contractor (Certification No. 26098) based in Mobile, Alabama.

Estimates are not quotes. Prices shown by our cost planner and on our pricing pages are good-faith estimates based on typical Gulf Coast installations. They are informational only and are not binding offers. Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site assessment of your home and equipment. Actual costs can differ based on ductwork condition, electrical requirements, installation complexity, and equipment availability.

Scheduling. Submitting a scheduling request does not guarantee an appointment time. We will contact you by phone or text within two business hours (or the next morning for requests after 5 PM) to confirm.

Text messaging terms. By opting in to texts from ProPoint HVAC, you agree to receive service-related and occasional promotional messages at the number you provided. Message frequency varies.
